July 19th, Year of some Lord 2006

July 19th, 10:45am, and its already fucking hot outside. Denver has been under another record heat wave for the last ten days. But its only going to be 99 today! And me without my Gortex!

Still waiting for Israel to just say "Fuck it" and take over the whole Middle East. Not that I disagree with their actions. I just think they are being a little heavy handed. However, that opinion dissolves a little with every rocket attack that I hear about.

Cindy Sheehan was in the news again recently talking about her good buddy Hugo Chavez...when did this psycho-bitch become a force in political sciences? And moreso, why the fuck is she still in the news? Earth to Cindy Sheehan: YOUR 15 MINUTES WERE UP A LONG FUCKING TIME AGO!

I'm a year older as of a few days ago. Y'know what? Turning 33 feels no different than any other day. Why do people get depressed on or around their birthdays? It may have been my 33rd birthday, but it just simply felt like Sunday.

I added a new link today to Kevin (Clerks, Dogma, Chasing Amy) Smith's blog, SilentBobSpeaks. He's pretty amusing. I especially laughed at his post about nose picking and anal sex.

My softball team has really come together. Most impressive is the all around improvement of ALL the girls on the team. Keep it up ladies!

Pool sucks.

Its really fucking hot.

I'm finally trying to kick my smoking habit. Not fun. Not fun one bit. I'm actually surprised as to how civil I am being in this post compared to how cranky I am. And, for the record, nicotine gum SUCKS. And for you non-smokers, do NOT try to give me any advice on how to quit. The only reason I am quitting is so I don't kill any of you motherfuckers that act all goddamn superior. So keep it to yourself ya pricks and spend the time you would have used telling me how good it is that I'm quitting to count your blessings that I'm not blasting you in the head with a rusty pitching wedge.

Interesting fight last Saturday. Fernando Vargas showed how shot he is by getting KO'd by Sugar Shane Mosley in 6. Also, in the main support bout, my friends and I were still trying to pronounce the Thai fighters name when this happened: "Looknongya-HOLY FUCK! HE'S FUCKING OUT!" DeLeon KO'd Looknon...forget it...in 52 seconds. Out fucking cold. Face down. Had no clue where he was when he came to. KO of the year that I've seen.

I finally saw "Revenge of the Sith". Barf. What a piece of shit. And before I go off on too much of a rant about it, mainly because I don't have the energy, I've convinced that Hollywood hates us. They prove it time and time again with remakes, TV shows made into movies, and repeated sequals because they can't come up with an original idea anymore. I'll do a whole post about my hate of this shit later on this week.
